Aaniie Kids Payment Method Update Guide
For agencies transitioning to the Aaniie Payments merchant processor.

Why You May Need to Update Your Payment Information

Some agencies are transitioning to a new payment processor (Aaniie Payments) for credit card and ACH payments. If this applies to your agency, you may be asked to re-enter your payment information into the portal.

Even if you previously entered your payment information, it may need to be entered again for the new payment processor.

For security reasons:

  • Credit card and bank account numbers are entered directly by clients

  • The agency cannot view your full payment information

  • Payment information is masked and securely stored

  • Agencies are unable to transfer or re-enter payment details on your behalf

Because of this, clients must log in and update their payment information themselves.


Step 1: Log In to the KIDS Portal

Go to:

https://kids.aaniie.com

Enter your username and password to log in.


Forgot Your Username or Password?

If you do not know your login credentials:

  1. Contact your agency

  2. Ask them to send you a password reset email

  3. You will receive:

    • Your username

    • A link to reset your password

  4. Create your new password

  5. Return to the portal and log in using your updated credentials


Step 2: Open the Billing Section

After logging in:

  1. Scroll down on the main screen

  2. Locate the Billing section

  3. Click either:

    • The word Billing

    • Or the calculator icon


Step 3: Locate the Correct Payment Method Area

Within the Billing section:

  1. Scroll down approximately three rows

  2. Find the section labeled:

“Aaniie Payments Stored Payment Methods”

Important:
You may also see another section simply called Payment Methods underneath it.
That older section will eventually be discontinued.
Please use the Aaniie Payments Stored Payment Methods section going forward.


Step 4: Add Your Payment Information

  1. In the Aaniie Payments Stored Payment Methods row, look all the way to the right side

  2. Click the blue icon that looks like:

    • A paper with a pencil

  3. When you hover over the icon, it should display:

“Create Stored Payment Method”

  1. Click the icon

  2. Enter either:

    • Your credit card information

    • Your ACH/bank account information

    • Or both, if desired


Step 5: Save Your Information

After entering your payment details:

  1. Review the information for accuracy

  2. Click Save

Your payment information has now been securely entered into the agency’s new Aaniie Payments payment processor.
