Quick Notes


Quick Notes can be added to Client and Staff profiles and may be used for a number of documentation needs.

Creating Client Quick Notes


  1. Navigate to Menu > Clients > Client Management > Select Client Profile. 

  2. Select the Caregivers section.

  3. Find Quick Notes and select the blue paper/pencil icon to create a quick note.

  1. Enter the appropriate information and Save:

    • Date - Enter today’s date, or the date the note was taken.

    • Visibility - Do you want the client to view this note if they were to log in to their portal? If so, select ‘Subject can view note’.

    • Notes Access - Select role that will be allowed to view this note.

    • Tagged Users - If you would like to associate a user to the note for documentation purposes, tag the appropriate user.

    • Activity Tag - Mark the type of communication, or reason for client contact.

    • Notes - Enter body of the note.

  1. Please Note: Navigating to Menu > Clients > Quick Notes is another way to create quick notes that will save to the client profile.


Creating Staff Quick Notes


  1. Navigate to Menu > Staff > Staff Management > Select Staff Profile. 

  2. Select the Caregiver Tracking section.

  3. Find Quick Notes and select the blue paper/pencil icon to create a quick note.

  1. Enter the appropriate information and Save:

    1. Date - Enter today’s date, or the date the note was taken.

    2. Visibility - Do you want the staff to view this note if they were to log in to their portal? If so, select ‘Subject can view note’.

    3. Notes Access - Select role that will be allowed to view this note.

    4. Tagged Users - If you would like to associate a user to the note for documentation purposes, tag the appropriate user.

    5. Activity Tag - Mark the type of communication, or reason for staff contact.
