Quick Notes can be added to Client and Staff profiles and may be used for a number of documentation needs.
Navigate to Menu > Clients > Client Management > Select Client Profile.
Select the Caregivers section.
Find Quick Notes and select the blue paper/pencil icon to create a quick note.
Enter the appropriate information and Save:
Date - Enter today’s date, or the date the note was taken.
Visibility - Do you want the client to view this note if they were to log in to their portal? If so, select ‘Subject can view note’.
Notes Access - Select role that will be allowed to view this note.
Tagged Users - If you would like to associate a user to the note for documentation purposes, tag the appropriate user.
Activity Tag - Mark the type of communication, or reason for client contact.
Notes - Enter body of the note.
Please Note: Navigating to Menu > Clients > Quick Notes is another way to create quick notes that will save to the client profile.
