Staff Tags can be used as a “search” or “grouping” tool within Aaniie Kids. These Tags can also be used to solidify specific Scheduled Tasks within the Clients Profile, so only those employees with specific Tags may view and complete “tagged” tasks.
Creating and utilizing staff tags:
Tags can be used however fits your agency best. Examples of Staff Tags include: Language fluency (Spanish, Mandarin, etc), Experience Type (Driving, Early Childhood Education, Housekeeping, etc), or other services (Special needs, doula, multiples, etc). There is no “right” or “wrong” way to use Tags.
To set up your Staff Tags:
Navigate to Staff Tags. Menu > Staff > Staff Tags.
Select Create Tag using the pencil icon on the right hand side.
Label your Tag and click save.
Assigning Staff Tags to an employee:
Navigate to the Staff’s profile in Staff Management.
Open the Priority Info tab and navigate to the Tags field.
Click in the text field reading “Select Tag,” then select desired Staff Tag from the drop-down options. This field will auto-save once a tag is selected.
To remove a Staff Tag from the Staff’s profile:
Click the next to the tag to be removed. Again, this will auto-save the changes.
