How to assign a Sector and Update Caregiver Travel Distance Preferences
Staff Managers (and above) can update a Caregivers Travel Distance to prevent them from being booked by clients outside of their desired radius.
Navigate to Menu>Staff>Staff Management and select the profile picture of the caregivers profile you’d like to edit/view
Expand the Priority Info section
Next, Select the Edit Pencil next to the Travel Distance field. Select (or type) their desired Travel Distance radius from the drawdown and press Save. If this field is Any, caregivers can be booked or view open shifts anywhere within their assigned sector(s).
This will prevent caregivers from being booked by clients outside of their desired Travel Distance (from their address registered in Aaniie Kids) Note: Caregivers will not see Open Shifts outside of this Travel Distance (regardless of their sector)
Next scroll to Sectors in Priority Info and select the desired sector(s) from the dropdown. This will ensure caregivers can only be booked and/or view open shifts in the zip codes assigned to that sector.
