Caregiver Rewards KPIs
Aaniie Kids Caregiver Rewards tool is a great way to gamify applicant and caregiver tasks by offering incentives, rewarding them for a job well done and improving caregiver retention.
KPIs
Caregiver Rewards has 6 pre-build KPIs available for your use. These KPIs are available and found in Menu > Staff > Caregiver Rewards.
You can add any of these KPIs to your My Aaniie screen as well for daily monitoring. To do this, click the settings icon and select any additional KPIs to add, then click save.
