New Caregiver Rewards Triggers
Reward caregivers automatically for the moments that matter most. Configure the point values that align with your agency's recognition program.
Trigger | Description |
Open Shift | Award points when a caregiver clocks out of an open shift they accepted from the Scheduling Dashboard. |
BUC Open Shift Worked | Award points when a caregiver clocks out of a Backup Care (BUC) open order they accepted from the Scheduling Dashboard. |
Birthday | Automatically award points to caregivers on their birthday each year. |
Work Anniversary | Automatically award points on the anniversary of the caregiver's hire date. (Hire date is pulled from the Priority Info section of the caregiver profile.) |
Holiday Worked | Award points to caregivers who work on selected holidays. You choose which holidays qualify. |
Weekend Worked | Award points to caregivers who work shifts on Saturdays or Sundays. |
Caregiver Ratings | Award or deduct points based on the star rating a caregiver receives. Assign a point value for each rating (1–5 stars). To deduct points, enter a negative number. Example: 1-star rating = -100 points. |
