Description

Open Shift

Award points when a caregiver clocks out of an open shift they accepted from the Scheduling Dashboard.

BUC Open Shift Worked

Award points when a caregiver clocks out of a Backup Care (BUC) open order they accepted from the Scheduling Dashboard.

Birthday

Automatically award points to caregivers on their birthday each year.

Work Anniversary

Automatically award points on the anniversary of the caregiver's hire date. (Hire date is pulled from the Priority Info section of the caregiver profile.)

Holiday Worked

Award points to caregivers who work on selected holidays. You choose which holidays qualify.

Weekend Worked

Award points to caregivers who work shifts on Saturdays or Sundays.

Caregiver Ratings

Award or deduct points based on the star rating a caregiver receives. Assign a point value for each rating (1–5 stars). To deduct points, enter a negative number. Example: 1-star rating = -100 points.
