Caregiver Rewards Site Settings and Email Notifications
Caregiver Rewards offers you the ability to offer incentives and reward your caregivers on a job well done to improve caregiver retention. Follow the steps below to complete the site settings and set up any additional email notifications when the service is being used.
Site Settings
1. Navigate to the site settings found under Menu > Settings > Site Settings. Scroll down to the Caregiver Rewards section.
2. Enable Caregiver Rewards program is the option you would select to enable the system. Go Live with Caregiver Rewards would be selected once you have trained your caregivers and ready to have them start accumulating points.
Note: Do not select Go Live with Caregiver Rewards until set up is complete!
3. Show leaderboards if enabled, staff will be able to see the points and badge leaderboard on the My Aaniie Kids page and on the mobile app.
4. Enable Reward Points for Applicants and Leads allows the following triggers to be enabled: Hiring Bonus Points, Points During Hiring Process.
5. Shift Triggers Threshold, this setting allows you to input a X amount of minutes if the caregiver clocks in past those minutes they will not receive points for any shift related trigger. If you input zero they will get points no matter what time they clock in.
Note: If you have any number except zero inputted and a manager clock the caregiver in they will not receive points. You will have to manually give the caregiver points in those instances.
6. The Notifications section contains additional notifications you can select to send to your caregivers. Notification types include in-app messages, emails, and push notifications.
7. Select Save Settings once your selections are completed.
Email Notifications
1. Navigate to Email Notifications under Menu > Settings >Email Notifications.
2. Scroll down to the Caregiver Rewards Notifications section.
3. Add staff you would like to receive the optional notifications via email by clicking the field and selecting their name or names.
Note: Reward Redemption is the only required option and other fields may incur many emails. Example: Points From Triggers means the staff member entered in this field would receive an email every time a caregiver receives points.
4. Once completed, click Save at the bottom of the page.
