How to Register a New Staff Member


Here is how a staff member is created in Aaniie Kids: 

  1. Navigate to the Staff Management section (Menu>Staff>Staff Management).




  1. Select Register New Staff to the right of the search bar. 



  1. Fill in the appropriate fields for the staff member’s information. 

Necessary fields include: First Name, Last name, Email, Cell Phone, SMS Message Consent, Address, City, State, and Zip Code. 



  1. If you do not have a password in mind for this staff member, Generate Strong Random Password by clicking on the icon. 


  1. Add the Hire Date

  2. Select the staff/agency preferred Travel Distance

  3. Click “Register”
