Resetting Password (Caregiver)

How to initiate a password reset for a Caregiver 

The password for a Caregiver can be reset by an admin by logging in to Aaniie Kids via the web browser. 

1. Navigate to Menu>Staff>Staff Management 
2. Expand the staff information that needs updating by selecting the (+) sign
3. Select the Password Reset button that looks like a key:
4. You will be prompted to send a Password Reset Email 
Idea
Suggestion: Encourage caregivers to check Spam/Junk folders 

User Blocked Error Messages 

Users may receive a login error/blocked IP address error after multiple failed login attempts, They: 

  1. 5 failed login attempts from a single IP address, within a six hour period, will result in a 30-minute block on the IP address. 
  2. 6 failed login attempts from a single user login (username or email address), within a 5 minute period, will result in a 5 minute block for that user login.
