Bulk Password Reset (Caregiver)
Description: How to reset the password for caregivers in bulk
The password for Caregivers can be reset in bulk by an admin by logging in to Aaniie Kids via the web browser.
Navigate Menu>Staff>Staff Management
Select the Password Reset Icon on the action bar at the top of the page
You can then select a group of users to receive password reset emails: All Active Staff, Active Staff Who Have Not Signed In, and by Registration Date(s)
After making your selection, select Send Reset Emails
The selected Staff will then receive an email to their registered email address in Aaniie Kids.
Note: Password reset links are only valid for 48 hours. After 48 hours, Caregivers can use the “Forgot Password” function on the login page to reset their password.
