You can send a mobile app invitation to your staff members, walking them through how to download and log in for the first time.
1. Under Staff Management, click on the + to the right of the staff member's profile picture.
2. A list of options will appear under the staff's name. Find the field labeled App Installs. Click on the airplane icon.
NOTE: If they have already had the app previously the airplane icon will be replaced by an Apple or Android icon.
3. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to send an invite to the staff. Click on Send Invite.
4. There will be a confirmation notification after the invite has been sent, dismiss this notification.
5. The staff member will receive an email with a link to log into Aaniie Kids to view how to download and log in to the mobile app for the first time.
6. If the staff member has a new phone or needs the app invite again. They would log in to their account on the full site on their mobile device. From the Aaniie Kids homepage, they can request either Android or iphone app information by clicking either of the logos. There, they can download app information as well as learn about logging in with the app.
