Breaking down each option within the Privacy section of Site Settings
This setting allows your staff (non-managers) to upload files to their personal profile. (e.g. photo of driver’s license, signed agreements, certifications, etc)
This setting allows your clients to upload files to their personal profile. (e.g. signed agreements, documents, etc.)
This setting allows Representatives to upload files to the Client’s profile they are attached to.
This setting allows caregivers to view “Client Management” and view client profiles. By default, client profiles are hidden from caregivers.
These settings prevents staff with a Client Manager/Staff Manager role from seeing all clients in client management. Client Managers/Staff Managers would only be able to see clients they are subscribed to.
To subscribe a Manager to a Client: Select the desired client’s profile > Open Priority Info > Scroll to “Subscribed Managers” > Select the orange pencil to edit:
Click in the text field and select the Manager to be subscribed to the client> Click Save
This setting will enable staff to view specified contact information per role level.
This setting disables caregiver profile pictures from the list of available caregivers when clients are booking. Once the caregiver is booked and confirmed, the profile picture becomes visible to the client.
This setting allows the agency to create a custom privacy message to attach to system email notifications.
