Site Settings: Mobile App Settings
Breaking down each option within the Mobile App Settings section of Site Settings
Navigate to Site Settings: Menu>Settings>Site Settings>Scroll to Mobile App Settings.
This setting sets the minimum amount of hours families can schedule when booking care in the app. The system default is 4 hours.
This setting disables the documents section in the mobile app for clients
This setting disables the caregiver/family messaging in the mobile app.
This site setting will hide shifts that were cancelled where the caregiver is not designated to be paid in the cancellation reason:
These shifts will still appear on the Scheduling Dashboard for Managers, Admin, and Clients when viewing My Schedule and allow invoicing to clients when a shift was cancelled after your agency's cancellation policy.
