How to add files for record retention in a staff profile.
Navigate to Menu>Staff>Staff Management.
Open the staff’s profile by clicking on their picture.
Navigate to the Staff Files section and expand the section.
Click the Add Files button, and select Add Files. Choose the file(s) from your computer then select Upload Files
*Note: You can change the file view access by clicking the eye to hide or give visibility to other staff roles in the system.
