Allowing Staff to Upload Documents

Allowing Staff to Upload Documents


Below are some steps to allow hired staff members to upload files into their profile and how they can do so.

The setting in Site Settings must be enabled to grant staff members this capability.


  1. Navigate to the Site Settings (Menu > Settings > Site Settings).

  2. Within Site Settings, find the Privacy section.

  3. Select Allow Staff to Upload Personal Files and click Save at the bottom of Site Settings.


How Staff can upload files.

  1. After logging in, there is a Resources section under TOOLS & FORMS.  Click Resources.

  1. Click the + on the far right-hand side and select Add Files.

  1. Select your file(s) from your device you wish to upload and when you’re finished, click Upload Files.

  1. When finished, you should see the current total number of files within MY FILES, as well as, the actual documents and names themselves.
