Bulk Mobile App Invite (Caregiver)
Description: How to invite your Caregivers to the Aaniie Kids App in Bulk
Caregivers can be invited to download the Aaniie Kids app in bulk by an admin by logging in to Aaniie Kids via the web browser.
Navigate Menu>Staff>Staff Management
Select the App Invite Icon on the action bar at the top of the page
You can then select a group of users to receive app invitation emails: All Active Staff, Active Staff Who Have Never Installed the App, and by Registration Date(s)
After making your selection, select Send Invites
The selected Staff will then receive an invite to their registered email address in Aaniie Kids.
Note: You can see which of your caregivers have downloaded the app in the Quick Menu (+) in Staff Management. Below is an example of a caregiver who has installed the app (1) and another who has not(2):
