Confirming/editing your agency address and additional settings

View/Edit Your Agency Address

1. Navigate to Menu>Settings>Site Settings and scroll to Company Contact Information
   
2. Verify/Update your agency’s contact information.
   

Note: This information should be the information publicly available to caregivers/clients.

      3. Scroll to the bottom and press .

Additional Contact Information Settings

1. Show State Only: Shows only the state your agency’s site is registered when sending System Email Notifications.
   
2. Hide Address from Email Footer: Hides agency street address from System Email Notifications (showing only State).
3. Hide Address and State from Email Footer: Hides entire agency address from System Email Notifications.
4. Email Sign-Off: Allows agency to update the salutation and sign-off in System Email Notifications.
