Highlighting important Site Settings affecting the Punchcard and how it operates. 

Site Settings - Punchcards 

1. Navigate to the Site Settings (Menu>Settings>Site Settings) and scroll down to the Punchcards sections. 

• Auto-Clock In at Scheduled Start Time 

This setting allows automatic punching in for shifts at the designated shift start time. This ensures a punchcard is created for the caregiver at the time of the shift without having to log in to the app and clock in.

• Caregivers Can Edit Own Punchcard on Mobile

This setting allows caregivers to edit the clock in/clock out time of their shift. 

• Disable Geolocation Collection on Punchcards 

This setting disables the collection of the caregivers Geolocation at the time of Clock in/out.

• Allow Caregiver Control over Geolocation Collection on Punchcards

This setting triggers a prompt at time of clock in/out asking the caregiver permission to collect their precise location. 

• Disable Task Completion Times 

If disabled, scheduled tasks (created in the Client’s profile) will be the time the task is marked completed or the end of the shift, whichever is prior. 

• Disable Safe Shifts 

If disabled, the caregiver will not receive the prompt “Did you have a safe shift?” upon clock out. 

• Disable Mileage on Punchcard 

If disabled, the Mileage section of a punchcard will not be available for caregivers to add Mileage Claims. 

• Disable Reimbursable Expenses on Punchcard

If disabled, the Reimbursable Expenses section of a punchcard will not be available for caregivers to add Reimbursable Expense claims. 

• Disable Online Punchcard 

 Disables the punchcard in the Desktop version of Aaniie Kids.

• Disable Telephony Punchcard 

Disables caregiver ability to clock in/out via Telephony.

• Disable Telephony Speech Recognition

Disables ability to navigate Telephony menu via voice command.

• Disable Telephony Note Transcription

Disables caregiver ability to transcribe shift notes via Telephony.

• Disable Telephony Mileage Note Transcription 

Disables caregiver ability to transcribe Mileage Claims via Telephony.

• Disable Telephony Reimbursable Expenses 

Disables caregiver ability to transcribe Reimbursable Expense Claims via Telephony.

• Enable Listing Scheduled Tasks and Services on Telephony Clock Out 

Disables caregiver ability to complete scheduled tasks/services via Telephony.

• Caregiver Signature Required 

Requires caregiver signature in Punchcard to clock out. 

• Client Signature Required 

Requires client signature in Punchcard to clock out. 

• Do Not Require Caregiver Notes 

Disables requirement for caregiver to enter notes in punchcard upon clock out.

• Disable Services on Non-Company Shifts

Disables ability to schedule on-demand services for client shifts. 

• Disable Tasks on Company Shifts

Disables scheduled tasks for company client shifts.
