Staff Profile - Priority Notes
How to enter notes in the Priority Information Notes section of a Staff Profile
Admin Staff/Staff Managers have the option of entering notes into the Priority Information Notes section of each staff member.
Navigate to Menu>Staff>Staff Management and select the profile picture of the caregivers profile you’d like to edit/view
Expand the Priority Info section

Priority Info Notes:
This field is visible to Staff Managers, Accountants, as well as Admins. This field is typically used to communicate important information to schedulers/admins:
Select the Edit Pencil next to Priority Info to enter/edit information

Enter your desired information in the Priority Notes field and press Save

This information will then appear at the top of the caregiver’s profile
