Staff - Client-Facing Attachments
Files can be added to a staff profile to add as an attachment to a Candidate Recommendation and/or allow the client view access when viewing the caregiver’s profile on scheduled shifts.
Navigate to Menu>Staff>Staff Management.
Open the staff’s profile by clicking their profile picture and expand the Client-Facing Attachments section.
Select the Create Entry icon and enter the description of the document (Resume, Certifications, etc.)

Select the checkbox of where the document should appear. Select Candidate Recommendation to enable the ability for the document to be viewed/added as an attachment when sending a Candidate’s profile to a client/family. Select Client Schedule to allow the document to be viewed when a client selects “View Profile” on their schedule.
